I normally visit Melissa’s and never have a problem, excerpt today the man with the black hair who did my nails was extremely rude and had an awful attitude, messed my nail up 4 times but still charged me £38 will never be returning here again. I was made to feel so uncomfortable with him having attitude, interrupting me and laughing. Absolutely disgusting will not be back

we're very sorry that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. During your nails service, our staff took considerable time to carefully adjust and refine the design based on your requested changes, and only completed the service one you confirmed your were happy with results.
When you returned afterwards, we are more happy to continue making further adjustments to better suit your preferences . you even offered to pay for additional change but we chose to carry them out complimentary as we always want our clients to leave happy.

Had my nails done here a few times and the young staff are pleasant and do a good job. Sadly, the place is let down by the female owner, who is so rude.
She was pushing my hands away, telling me to keep still and just has a terrible attitude in general. Not a nice experience, I won’t be retuning!

sorry about your unhappy but We can't make perfect nails if clients can't be still. We always wanna make clients happy with the nails so hopefully u understand for our Hard job. Also, Owner never pushing her clients hand as u feeling( may wrong feeling). Anyway, thanks for let us know. Hope u can find somewhere treat u best. sorry again!

First visit here today 10/10 very friendly and quality service will definitely go back and highly recommend. I got lovely cats eyes on my nails.
