Was in yesterday for soak off biab and refresh, was told it was cash so I asked how much the lady said £32. I then paid and was told it was £45 which is fine but if I'm expected to pay that I would of liked my cuticles sorting and abit of cuiticle oil. The man was quite rude

Literally only got my nails done last week and already they have broke & the shellac has chipped off. This is the second time now I’ve been and they’ve messed up my nails.
Thought I’d give them another try after the first time I went. Never going back now!!

Rubbish waited around 3 hours to be finished dont keep one nail tech on one person switch between different people, making things so much longer I was standing up for around 40 mins waiting and then as soon as one person moved straight away the man started shouting at me to sit down even though there was a few other people standing up beside me I sat down n said no point leaving in 5 mins and he then mumbled something underneath his breath at me. Bad customer service and Too long of a wait Don’t waste ur time here

Hands down the WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. The guy with glasses completely ruined my nails they’re thick, chunky, uneven, and not shaped properly at all. I asked for a simple refill but got charged £30, and on top of that he rushed through, ignored me the whole time, and even filed my skin multiple times which was painful. He had zero professionalism and made me feel judged for asking him to fix his mistakes. My nails look awful and I left feeling upset and ripped off

Took 2 hours to get a pedicure and was left sitting in the water for 25 mins whilst they packed in as many people as they could as I sat there.

The spa itself was mediocre just a scrub nothing special and no massage at all my feet were no different after except sore and crinkly from over soaking and use of harsh tools

When they finished it they did the nails all different shapes and were fuming when I asked for it to be fixed and didn’t want to just shorten the nails to match the crap ones …. I just wanted them the SAME!
Upon arriving home 3 nails were already chipped showing the poor quality of the work and product as seen in the photo

Not to mention the salon cleanliness … don’t know how health and safety allow it… nails all over the floor that don’t get cleaned up (see photo) equipment is filthy and they just rinse the scrubbing tools under the water … no sterilisation whatsoever… constantly speaking Vietnamese (btw i understood a little and I put a translator on to see if I was right in my thinking and yes I was, they were talking about the people in the shop in a very derogatory way)

As a lot of people have said in these reviews (which I should have listened too) the attitude of the staff really is awful and they just speak to you like you’re a piece of crap and have no interest in their work.
Laughing at your disappointment .. to top it off they tried to charge me £5 more than I was quoted for the price
I actually said “do you think I’m an idiot”

When I got in touch with the owner I was told “if you come back I’ll give you a Gift and change my staff” I would rather shoot myself in the face than go back there
My nails have had to be redone elsewhere and i had to have acrylic put over all the cracks which I’ve never done on my toes in my life,

Been coming here since it opened. Had a variety of technicians never had a problem with any. Had some great designs especially my butterfly wings! Some of my other designs too (see pics) everyone is lovely, can’t see myself going anywhere else 🤗

have been coming here since it opened, and i wouldn’t go anywhere else! i’ve never had a problem with any of the technicians and they’re all great, but i have to say Lam is my favourite! i’m not sure of the lady’s name who did my nails today but they’re perfect and exactly what i asked for (almond shaped biab infill). recommend!! ⭐️
