I would love to say sorry if you not happy when you had your nails done in our shop .
This is the first time we have received 1 star review sine we open the shop ( 2 year)
We have read your feedback !
Let me explain it for you. Before you came to the shop, you had your nail done somewhere else. Your nail are all real and their lenghts it’s not even. You ask for ombre nails so if you cut them same lenght is will not work and to short for ombre. We won’t be able to do it. But after finish we have re-filed it as per you request and the staff asked everythink ok for you and you said “Ok”so we not understand if you not happywhy did’nt you tell us right way , we are happy to comply with your request. We have tried our best for you. So im think that would be nice to message us instead of rated us 1 star .
And we wonder if your review was on purpose or not as i saw you reviewed and rated so nany other shops,i,etc…1sart??? After looking at your reviws in many shop, there are many 1* review from you so we not too surprised.

Hi Lydiain! I sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. I would also like to clarify a few points with you :
Firstly, this was your first time visiting our salon, and you were also the very first customer to request nail extensoins on foil. None of our previous clients have ever asked for this.Although we can technically do nail extensions on foil, they are neither durable nor aesthetically pleasing, which is why we do not apply this method in our salon.
Secondly, we tried to explain to you that nail services in the UK are different from those in the country where you previously lived. Also, i want to assure you that acetone does not burn the skin-you may only feel some warmth because it helps to remove BIAB more easily !!!
Thirdly, we needed to use the e-file to remove the old polish and clean your nails properly. This step is essential to ensure that your Biab remains strong,durable and neat !
Fourthly, it is undeniable that after we completed your nails,they looked neat,clean,and the polish was applied very precisely to the cuticles. The only issue you did not want us to apply an extension on your middle finger.
Nevertheless, we are truly sorry that you not happy.
We hope that next time you will fine a salon that matches your preferences and style.
