Went into Superdrug bromborough yesterday after having a horrible reaction to a make up which I purchased from somewhere else and they were no help, I was so upset but as soon as I arrive at superdrug I approached a lovely young lady (Halle) who was so caring she went out of her way to help me. I could not thank her enough shes an asset to your shop and I will definitely be returning.

I’ve been shopping at Superdrug for over a decade, but I’ve never had an experience quite like the one at the Bromborough Croft Retail Park branch.

Kaeli, a member of staff there, was absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to make my visit easy and enjoyable. From helping me find a tester that wasn’t readily available, to offering wipes so I could clean my hands, to guiding me to nearby toilet facilities, every little detail was thoughtfully handled.

She also took the time to assist me with placing an online order and explained the click & collect process clearly, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she was just lovely to chat with, warm, friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional.

Thanks to her, this has become my favourite Superdrug store. I’ll definitely be returning and look forward to shopping here again.

A lovely nice big store, very clean. We’ve look around the makeup aisle and the beauty aisle and I got a e.l.f make-up and the staff where so nice and is a lovely nice store to go

The stock in Superdrug Bromborough are always high quality as well as quantity. However, the customer service in this place is truely abysmal. I visited today and when checking out, I said “hi, you alright” and was completely ignored and then said “thank you, bye” when I left again no reply and not even a smidge of a smile on their face. This is something I’ve experienced so many times here and it’s quite shocking, as someone who works in a customer service based job myself, I’m not expecting a full conversation or for workers to be grinning ear to ear permanently but a hi and a thank you especially when a customer says it to you should be a standard in any interaction not just a customer service worker. I’ve also heard the same complaints from many people I know. I feel as though Superdrug Bromborough need to invest in some staff training cause it’s just rude full stop.

Trying to choose make up from Maybelline stand while it was being re stocked by the most miserable girl imaginable. Not once did she ask could she help or what it was I needed. I was having to lean over her and try and reach the stand. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back when she had finished!
Definitely needs work on customer relations!

Popped in with my daughters so my eldest could purchase some skincare with birthday money, when we got to the till Matt was absolutely brilliant, such a positive happy attitude which was a breath of fresh air. Made our experience fantastic with his bubbly personality!

We took our 2 daughters and niece here to all get their ears pierced last Saturday morning. The 2 staff were lovely, patient and great with the children. Highly recommended.

Visited today and picked up a boxed set for my husband by paco rabanne. No one on the tills so headed to the perfume counter as I could see there was someone there although she was dealing with someone else. I placed my purchase on the counter to get my purse out to be told very loudly and very rudely that she was dealing with another customer. The customer was very friendly and said to see to me first. With the sales assistants attitude I was ready to take my custom elsewhere. Didn't get her name but she needs to be retrained!

Had my nails done here on Thursday 2/11 by the weekend they were chipped and peeling and by Tuesday 7/11 they had come off completely. Really not very happy considering the price of nearly £30!!!!
