Used to come here all the time for biab, I came here because it’s usually cheaper than other places, but he can only do plain colour biab. Usually, his nails do last a long time, so I thought the cheaper price was due to his easily irritable nature and incompetence in doing what u ask. I took my boyfriend once for this reason, and he was nice in front of my boyfriend. Usually, he charges me 35-40 for infill and design. However this time, a couple of my nails were broken so his wife cut ALL BUT 2 of my long nails off, then did my acrylics too short. Then I asked for a really pointy nail, after he filed and cut them, he told me they were too short for the design, and got really mad with me when I asked for gems, proceeding to act like I had asked him to chop his toes off when I said I would like several gems on my nails. I got my nails done 11 days ago and paid £50 for a design, then after over charging me he came running out of the shop with a £5 note, hoping I would return. Now the design is chipped off and another has fallen off. I don’t usually leave reviews but this is disappointing.

I’m paying 20£ to get my nails painted and they can’t even do a proper job, it doesn’t matter if 20£ seems not a lot it’s still money and it’s still their job which they meant to do properly.

Showed them a picture of what I wanted, they did nothing like it and blamed it on how “small” my nails were. They then tried to charge me £80 so I sent them £65, the man then tried to snatch my phone out of my hand and they screamed at me and told me to leave and never come back. also tried to talk to them and they have no idea what I was saying… poor service, won’t be going back even if I could LOL. Avoid this nail shop at all costs 😂

Refused to do the design I wanted because ‘my nails were too short’. I got lots of eye rolls when I asked for what i wanted. Extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend as I definitely will NOT be going back.

Went here 2 years ago with my mum, wanted nails again so went back because of good quality before. Unfortunately I left quite disappointed as I showed my inspiration picture and got nothing of the same. The process hurt and even hours later my nails are hurting.
