Google Do not go here!!!! Their customer service is awful, Lily is rude and confrontational. I called up asking for an appointment, I misheard and thought she said 5:30, so she shouted down the phone at me “no, I said 4:45, are you not listening?!”. When I turned up to my appointment she was rude and dismissive, slamming her nail file down and rolling her eyes at the slightest inconvenience. Awful experience, I will never go here again.

Google Lady was rude & put the phone down on me when I asked when the next appointment was after she told me she’s busy so walk in wasn’t a good option, then told me she had no appointments, my friend called and offered an appointment that night.

Google They do good nails but they have zero customer service. Do not expect to be spoken to theyare rude and unfriendly. . Been going a while and I put up with it because the location is convenient. This week after she had done ONE nail I had a change of mind on shape she slammed her file down, gutted spoke to colleagues in her own language and carried on. INEVER AGAIN!
