Got my nose pierced here upstairs in the beauty and piercing department. It’s so lovely and spacious upstairs. They have nails, hair and piercing as well as some beauty treatments. It’s a Lovely little set up. Lady who pierced my nose was lovely so kind and gentle she went through all the procedure I was able to pick my jewellery and it was done really quick. Everywhere is clean and sterile and overall a really pleasant experience. Would recommend. Thank you so much

In a world where people are quick to moan i had to review my visit to superdrug fosse park. It was my birthday and I decided I wanted some perfume. Me and my partner were greeted by a young man named Ethan. Friendly, happy, chatty very helpful. The perfume i bought was on his recommendation....smells gorgeous. But more importantly Ethan, if he ever reads this I hope he realises what an asset to superdrug he is. A breath of fresh air.

I had visited Superdrug at Fosse Park Shopping Centre and had a wonderful experience with the advisor, SAAIM. He helped me find the perfect perfume and demonstrated impressive knowledge about different fragrances. He is clearly an expert at understanding what customers are looking for and gives recommendations based on your scent preferences. He was professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended

I would like to Thank Priya for our amazing new haircuts!! I booked my self and my daughter for a pamper day out and Priya was a absolutely Gem 💎 so kind and understanding! My daughter had her hair done before else where who couldn't achieve the look she wanted so after 5 month of waiting finally she got her wolf cut and she loves it!!! It’s been a fairly long time since I did a review but here we are.
This outlet is modern, well stocked and fairly sized with an upstairs containing the beauty salon.

I had visited Superdrug for some oral care goods and was impressed with the good customer service displayed by the workers; it was fast and professional. Krish, for example, had served me and represented all these great qualities. I am very happy with this place and will probably shop here many times more.

I’d like to thank Seanna for her brilliant customer service. I came into Superdrug looking for a lipstick for my mum and honestly had no idea where to start. Seanna was so patient and kind, asking a few questions about what my mum might like and then showing me different shades and explaining the differences. She made the whole process really easy and even gave me confidence that I’d chosen the right one.
