I usually go here to have my eyebrows threaded but decided to have my nails done, gel painted on them. It's fair to say I will not be returning. The lady made 3 of my cuticles bleed, I think one is a mistake, 3 is definitely shouting you are not adequately trained to do nails. It started to bleed, and wouldn't stop, I politely asked for a tissue, when a lady said I've got an idea and she put glue on my wound - i thought it was antiseptic solution. The lady continued painting them and at the end I complained, and they asked me to put my finger in cold water which made no difference and then told me it would be fine once I washed my hands.

I completely understand these things happen, but the way this was dealt with was unacceptable - I will not be returning.

I have had these guys for the last 2.5 years after moving up from Herts!

Madhuri runs a beautiful salon. All her girls are so friendly. Having had my nails done for the best part of 20 years, no other salon made me feel as welcome as LilyBelle!

Nails are always beautiful and the massages?!? Amazing!

Honestly, if you’re looking for a salon where you get quality services as well as a fabulous atmosphere,look no further!

Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. On arrival I was shown to a seat, but at the time three staff members were loudly speaking negatively about another customer. Despite the nail technician briefly acknowledging me, the conversation continued while I was sitting there waiting, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

During my treatment, the receptionist was loudly chatting on FaceTime throughout, which added to the overall lack of professionalism. In addition, the hand massage I had booked was forgotten, and by that point I didn’t feel inclined to mention it.

Overall, the experience fell well below expectations. There are many more professional and higher-quality salons in Harborough, so unfortunately I wouldn’t return or recommend this one

I have used this business on several occasions over the last few years and have nothing but praise for all of the staff and services on offer. I have used many of their services, most regularly I have gel nails which I have always absolutely loved every time! Eyebrow threading is great and I have even treated myself to a deep tissue massage which was heaven! I can’t recommend lillybelle Beauty enough and will always point my friends that way when I can!

I was having my usual BIAB, but my usual tech wasn't available & new tech applied a strange acrylic to my nails. They broke within one week.

The tech was unable to do the correct french tip style. I asked her to amend them several times & she got very frustrated at this, taking 30-40 minutes of reapplying in total. I asked her to leave them just pink but she told me l had to have the french, making me feel uncomfortable & made me late for my plans.

I have since had my nails checked by another salon, and they were shocked at the state l'd been left in. I will not be returning.
