Arrived at 10am for my appointment, she was not ready. I was told they couldn’t do my infill so when I asked for a full set they told me they didn’t have time. I had previously spoken to her twice on the phone as this was for a very important event. Shocking service!! Very rude to let customers down like this.

So disappointed. Booked in 2 weeks ago for myself and daughter, said nail art when booking. Got there and they said would only do art on one person's nails and wouldn't even do French tip on mine as didn't have time. Was even told i must of misunderstood her when i called to book. They were meant to be holiday nails. Man stunk of cigarettes, didn't speak one word to me, they talked across the room to each other in their language, constantly on his phone. Just rude and make you feel guilty for asking for anything but just one colour

I didn’t have an appointment, but they saw me first thing in the morning and replaced my nails and fitted new ones and polished them with this beautiful red nail polish for Christmas … they took their time, no rushing and they’ve come out beautiful …

Went here when my friend got hers done and thought the price was good, even though the patterns they say it has to be gel which obviously is more expensive not to mention isn’t true i’ve always had on acrylic, when i went it was made clear she was in a rush to get me in as she had someone else in not long after, you could tell they were rushed as they were wonky, my pinky was longer than my thumb!! as the women was doing her booked in client i didn’t want to say anything to appear rude while she was working, and the man who finished my nails by painting them had gone in the back, so i just paid and left, i really wasn’t happy with them, and they were my holiday/ birthday nails so i really wanted to love them, so i called only a couple hours after saying i’m sorry i really am not happy i didn’t want to say anything while you were with a customer, i was denied a refund or a new set only that she look at them (if she filed any more they’d be nothing left) to then have the phone put down on me, i was so upset so got my boyfriend to call and again ask if there’s anything they can do, he also had the phone put down on him!! i hope more people read these reviews before booking and avoid at all costs!!!!

WHAT A RACIST PLACE!!!

I have now walked in here twice and I have been told I need to book an appointment and just not walk in. A few of my white friends have been able to walk in to Chloe Nails without booking an appointment. Every time you walk in, you get the gentleman who completely ignore you as if they can’t see you. They will look at you and give you the eye as to say you don’t belong here. The female in there will just look at you too and wait for you to speak to her rather than her speaking to you. I have had white friends who have been able to get there nails done on the stop and no issues. But as soon as a black person walks in, it’s an issue. Chinese or whatever you are have been known to be discriminating against other people of colour. What a ridiculous nail shop. It needs to be shut.

I had never been to Chloe’s nails before and tried them out as I wanted my nails doing for my birthday. I called them on the off chance to see if they could fit me in, they were so accommodating and booked me in the next hour! Love my nails so much, they took so much care on my nails and I can’t stop looking at them! Will definitely be coming back once they grow out! Thank you so much
