The service is awful ! I have been asked staff three times to make my nails shorter - they keep saying that they can't make them shorter - sorry but if I can do you can do as well. I'm the customer and I'm paying for what I want and no paying for what you want and make your job easier and quicker.
The nails have different sizes and the polish is not as I was expecting, this is not professional made nails - listen your customer otherwise you will lose them all!

My partner asked for gel nails on her nice long nails and the man continues to cut her nails in preparation for extensions. Terrible experience and will never return. I'd give it 0 stars if it was possible

A guy done my nails, I was after a light pink similar to a colour on my toes and he was really rude saying I didn’t have my toes done there and they don’t have that colour, I picked a couple of colours from the samples but he kept saying no it’s to light and was getting frustrated with me. I felt really uncomfortable and just went with what he said which was nothing like the colour I wanted. He kept pulling my hands and seemed angry and frustrated. It took him less than an hour for acrylics and gel on top and they were thick, lumpy and uneven. They were so bad I’ve had to go to a different shop to have them done again.

I am so impressed with this nail salon, the gentleman who did my nails put so much time, patience and effort into them - they’re exactly what I wanted, but so exceeded my expectations 💋♥️🍒 10/10, you’ve gained yourselves a new repeat customer, I can’t wait to come again!

Asked for an Aztec design. Half way through the guy said he could not to it. He removed the bit he had done but left the base colour on. He asked if I had another design so I had to quickly find something else so I chose a simple cow print design. He then painted over the top of the existing colour instead of removing it so I could see the original turquoise at the edges. The cow print looked nothing like the picture. He seemed in a hurry and not happy at all.A day later and it is peeling and cracking.i won't be back! If I was not going on holiday today I would have come in to show the mess he made.

My partner and friend went to the store yesterday spent together £75 and came out disappointed their nails aren’t professionally done looks like an amateur nail stylist had done this also the UV light used on my partner is below standards with wires showing and having to push it together to get it to work this would not pass a pat test and is extremely unprofessional. The staff seemed rude and one a little creepy to the point my partner felt uncomfortable to say anything my friend had to try help but also felt uncomfortable herself. If I could give no stars I would.
