Absolutely love coming to the retreat at Castle Donington! The staff are super helpful, friendly, polite and professional. The packages are great value for money and I am enjoying using some of my 12 days of Christmas vouchers to help me get through a stressful time. Thank you team Retreat!

My first time. Hot tub lovely. Sophie was delightful , professional, empathetic and provided me with relevant advice without being pushy. Was a bit disappointed with the 'sweet treats' being marshmallows with chocolate dip but the ladies in the cafe were happy to provide an alternative which was very good of them. Booked a second treatment.

I went for the Royal Relax package - a full body massage and a facial. It was bliss!! Full back massage, legs and feet, shoulders and chest, arms and hands. I was so relaxed, I can't remember the therapists name but she was lovely, checking if the pressure was ok, moving quietly and keeping the environment relaxing.

exremely difficult to find a parking space nearby, specially on weekends. This makes people arrive late.
Hot tub session was delayed for 10 minutes (other people was still on when was our turn). Staff forgot to come to collect us and notify for massages, this resukted in us loosing 25 minutes of tretament. We paid for 85 minutes treatment and we had almost 60. Massages were very nice as usual but this is tge first time the staff didn't offer any products after treatment as they used to do. This is not my frst time with Owl Spa and this is the second time in the Retreat. In my opinion the level of quality fo the spa decreased. Afternoon tea was great. I would go back but this last visit was a little bit dissapointed. Maybe not going back to the retreat just to other branches of owl spa.
