Recently visited the Beauty Room for the first time and was greeted by friendly staff and went for a 2 hour indulgence.. just so relaxing and walked out feeling on a cloud.. xx

I had a gel nail appointment only 2 days ago. Noticed yesterday evening that 3 nails had smudged and thumb nail chipped. Phoned at opening time to see if could come in to get sorted, only to be told they only had 2 staff working with no breaks. Apart from this being illegal staff not getting any break), only solution was to give me £10 back. (Cost £35). Really disappointed to go on holiday tomorrow with damaged nails, which was a birthday treat. I expected better service from The Beauty Room, surely someone could have fitted me in at 4pm when closing? Only to be told one staff was leaving on time to go on her holiday!.
Won't be using again, sorry I've wasting my birthday money and now have damaged nails to go on holiday.

If I could rate this a zero I would! Booked an appointment for my sister’s wedding nails. Arrived to be told they couldn’t do her nails as they can’t soak of somebody else’s work. Why are they so unorganised this isn’t asked as a pre question. Now we have to rush around trying to fine somewhere else. Awful service so disappointed. Rude staff. Definitely won’t return

Never had a manicure before so was a bit unsure when I walked in if this was going to be for me, however, I have to say the atmosphere inside was really calm and relaxing and I particularly appreciated they didn't have music blasting either, just a quiet radio in the backdrop. Kelly was extremely welcoming and before the appointment started had taken time to find the right shade of polish for me so when I walked in, I didn't have a too overwhelming array of colours but just a nice selection of what I was actually looking for. She was also really thorough giving them a good tidy and made my nail shape so much more uniform, as well as painting on a colour very tidily. All the while we had a good natter and it was overall just a very cosy experience. Nice cup of tea too whilst you wait for nails to dry and even though it was an express manicure, there was no rushing you out the door or pressure to get going. I was able to just sit, drink down my cuppa and enjoy some quiet time. I think this may become a regular treat for me!

Had an amazing experience at the beauty room! I was lucky enough to have won a Skin Storm facial from them - the team were super friendly and professional, the treatment was amazing and my beautician was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my treatment and helped advise me regarding future treatments for my acne prone skin! I will definitely be returning!

Felt really let down by this place! I booked way in advance so that I had a slot booked the day before my holiday. Confirmed my appointment 2 days before and turned up for my session at 5.45pm as booked. On arrival there was nobody inside and just a note on the desk saying that if I had a session booked then the therapist would be there at the stated time. I was there 5 mins early so waited for 20 mins. I was supposed to be booked in with Emily but nobody turned up! I rand the number on the desk but no answer!! What a complete waste of my time! I won’t be using this place again and thanks for ruining the start to my holiday!!!!
