Overall, my experience at the nail bar was okay and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the nails I originally asked for, although at the time I was still happy enough with them.
However, only a few hours after getting home, one of my fingers started to hurt. I researched it and decided to give it a few days to see if it settled, but the nail ended up splitting and became extremely painful. I had to try removing it myself without acetone because I was worried it would make the pain worse.
Now, after only 3 days of wearing the nails, my finger appears to be infected. I’m really disappointed, especially after paying £32 and not receiving the design I originally requested.

I had such an amazing experience today! The foot spa and pedicure were absolutely excellent. The professionals are always so attentive and kind. Everything was so relaxing, and the attention to detail was perfect. I left feeling refreshed and so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Had my nails done on Thursday it is now Tuesday and they have started to lift already. They clearly didn’t care about how good they did my nails it took them 20-25 minutes to do the whole acrylic set which is just ridiculous. They also charge there own prices I was told £25 on the phone for a plain set but got charged £32 will never be coming here again they don’t care about the work they just want their money.

hi so i got my nails done for the first time at this salon and the nail tech who prepped my nails didn’t push my cuticles back before filing the nail bed with the electric nail file and made all my cuticles bleed and has basically damaged all my cuticles but mainly my left thumbs cuticle has scabs where the blood seeped out of; bare in mind i was with my best friend who goes to uni up in Ormskirk and recommended this place and the nail tech that did this to me was a guy and he was the only guy working on Friday the 13th February and I didn’t say anything as i thought this was normal and i was mouthing to my best friend “beauty is pain” repeatedly and my cuticles are very delicate which I forgot to tell the nail tech about it all and ye my nails look cute and all but wouldn’t be going back there again.

Staff are nice and try their best to do nice nails for you but the quality isn’t great.

Turned up at 5.20 with a friend, only about 3 people in the chairs, I didn’t leave there until gone 8pm, my friend didn’t get her nails done until around 7pm- very long wait which they didn’t warn us about.

Design wasn’t quite what I wanted even though I showed an exact picture and they had to redo it a few times as they couldn’t do the blooming gel right. A different lady came over in the end and did them so they look nice but 3 days later they’re chipping and falling off.

Really disappointed as they were £28 and for them to only last a few days isn’t ideal. Don’t think I’d go back :(

Got my nails done e hear today worst nails I’ve ever had ! The French tip was awful each nail was a different shape! The gel was all over the place awful awful nails !!!!!
