Google I have been going to Pink Beautique for my nails and brows for almost 20 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kerry and her team are amazing. It’s not just about the nails, the brows and the lashes it’s like being pampered by friends and sometimes a therapy session thrown in too.

The rest of the staff dont care.
They cancelled and rescheduled my appointments at the last minute. It was just before my wedding.
I chose this salon to get my eyebrows, nails, and waxing before my wedding. My eyebrows were badly shaped by the staff. I gave clear instructions for what I wanted.
It made me cry and regretted choosing them. I have been overcharged for the services.
My nails have been fragile after the gel nails.
Total disappointment 😞.

It comes as a shock to me and the team as when you was in the salon you seemed happy and we was all very excited for you for your big day.
We did go out of our way to make sure none of your treatments got cancelled for your wedding due to staff illness which was beyond our control.
All the therapist at the salon work to a high standard with clients leaving happy.
You were advised to come back to have the gel polish removed professionally in which it wouldn’t damage your nails.
You weren’t over charged. You paid the service prices as advertised.
In the 22 years as a therapist I can say I’ve never had a client make one of my staff cry or made to feel they can’t do their job.
