I recently had my nails done here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service is always professional, and they truly pay attention to every little detail. You can tell they really care about their work and their clients. My nails turned out beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommend!

The owner treats her employees very disrespectfully. It was her employee who was doing my nails. I only wanted to ask whether the nail design could be done—the reference image clearly showed that it was achievable—but the owner refused to allow the design.

Throughout the conversation, the owner kept interrupting both her employee and me. When deciding the design, her employee looked like a slave the entire time. The owner even snatched the phone from her employee and insisted the design couldn’t be done, even though it was very simple. Later, I found a video showing exactly how to make it, which made the owner even more irritated and angry.

She asked me to leave halfway through the service and only half of my nails were completed. Her employees looked extremely unhappy. I truly hope that the employee who did my nails doesn’t get blamed—she is a nice girl, and I sincerely hope she can find another job.

If you want your customers to respect you, please respect your employees first. The overall atmosphere was dull, lifeless, and uncomfortable. In the new year, I hope you take some time to reflect on what kind of person you are before thinking about how to run your business.god only bless good heart people!

Id give 10 stars if i could, Absolutely 100% I would use honey nails again, love my nails, after having my nails filed to nothing with someone else, they took their time as my nails were sore very professional through out.

Had my nails done and they don't use foils they glue nails on then cover with pink acrylic and paint the tips work gel 35 quid you can go Rawtenstall for 30 and they use foils and they use pink and white acrylic 2 days and 2 nails already ping off rubbish practice my experiments is glueing the tips on they never last anyways but on top of it the tips are just gel on pretty rubbish for 35 should be more like 20 for the weekend won't go there ever again

Just want to say a massive thank you, my nails are absolutely magical. Cat eyes are now my new go to colour. The ladies were lovely and I just walked in and was seated. Will of course make this my routine nail salon and will definitely recommend. Thank you for my holiday nails x

Usually absolutely love coming here , the nails are always great and for priced but I went in yesterday and the tech who was filing my nails down was catching my skin more then the nail , I told them multiple times that he was hurting me and he was cutting my skin and I was ignored , so now I have two swollen friction burns on my finger which are extremely sore , I also spent over 4 hours in the salon because they were over booked. I’ve gotten my nails done here so many times before and never had an issue until then.

Professional job, taken time to do a 100% job. Never been there before but will be sure to return.
