Absolutely love having my nails done at Emily's, Bacup. I have gone to so many different nail salons but this is by far the best. They dont rush so you know you're getting quality!! Very friendly staff who will chat to you!! Amazing variety of colours to choose from - always spoilt for choice!! Won't go anywhere else now and highly recommend to others!

i’ve been going since they have opened and never had any issues with the service, very polite and friendly and no matter what imagine i show of how i want my nails they do it with no questions asked and every time I'm always blown away. They take their time and ask if everything is okay with your nails and if you want anything changing they’re more than happy to do that for you 😊

Booked in for 2 pedicures for me and my daughter 60 minutes £35 took him 35 minutes and he still wanted £35 wasn't happy with the pedicure had better else where paid £30 which i wasn't happy with reply
Didn't say you took £35 if you read it properly I said i paid £30, bad customer!!!!!! that's why I have aa loyalty card that's full lol 😆you soon took website down tho didn't you ???? Why advertise pedicures for 60 minutes expecting people to pay when you only get 35 minutes its just not right , then trying to say website needs changing that's not my problem I book 60 minutes and that's what I should of got. And I had my nails painted and its all pealing off. Yes other shops do 60 minutes pedicures because that's what they advertise. Website removed now your quick enough to put on Facebook when someone owed you money this is an honest review
