I had a recent nail treatment at Beauty Emporium. Bottom line is my nail treatment came off my fingernails within 2hrs of leaving this salon. I complained and asked for a refund.
I received a nasty text message from Claire, I then rang her to discuss this, but she talked over me and gave me no opportunity to explain what happened with my nails after leaving the salon. Instead she chose to somehow blame me? She said I had weak nails? From treatment from another establishment? And she explained this prior to my treatment. This is a blatant lie!! I would never pay £60 for shoddy work that only lasts 2hrs!!
I found the all experience very disappointing and unprofessional to say the least!

Today I enjoyed one of my Christmas presents. The Silent Night package was amazing. The therapist was Claire. She was very professional, calm and very skilled. The hot stones massage was amazing. I run cold, so this warm massage whilst laying in a heated bed was so relaxing. Next was the facial. Who doesn't love a good facial? Lastly, the head massage. This just melted away tension. Honestly, when she had finished she could have just thrown a blanket over me and left me for the night, I was so relaxed. The after care information was top notch, too.

I can't wait to return xx

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a facial here after work this evening and it was amazing! My skin is glowing and feels revitalised - thank you! Quality products used and a lovely setting. Charlotte was so kind and really attentive. They sell beautiful candles and all sorts of products from local makers too, which are reasonably priced. You don't have to have an appointment to have a browse. Really refreshing to see in Accrington. keep up the good work ladies and look forward to seeing you next month 💆🏻💜

WOW!! Was given the Silent Night treatment voucher from the hubby for Christmas and it was the most luxurious pamper I have ever had 🥰 The combination of hot stone massage, facial and Indian head massage was amazing and exactly what I needed 💆🏼‍♀️ Charlotte has magic hands I feel totally refreshed and relaxed 😌 100% recommend they are so professional, inviting, warm and friendly. Thank you!

My massage back in 2020 was simply divine with Charlotte. I had booked in again but then the plans for extended lockdown kicked in. I am looking forward to another massage very soon! Need to destress from working through tough times!
