I have been using Pink Nails since they opened and have and do continue to rate their respective services.
However of late on consecutive pre booked appointments, it's late by more than 40mins.
I booked for pedicure, had toes gel painted, at agreed extra cost and spent 20mins having foot spa, no pedicure, Nails, toe cuticle, etc what one expects.
I had full set. No removal treatment of existing nail, or gel colour needed, French toe colour applied before pedicure £78
Why are walk in's paying less than regular customers ?

I found staff very rude with no communication except huffing and puffing because I didn't have the correct cash and I prefer bank transfer. The worst set of nails I've had. I was told I couldn't have the design I wanted because his wife was poorly. Changed my design and was gutted at. Will not be going there again

There was confusion about the appointment, and a language barrier with the staff made it difficult to discuss what I wanted properly. I also found the service rude at times. Personally, I wouldn’t choose to go there again.

I have use this nail salon three times and I won’t be going again. The first time was fine and I had no issues, hence the two stars. The second time I had multiple nails where the gel polish smeared off because it hadn’t been cured properly. The third time I ended up with an acrylic nail coming right off. I also found that the language barrier was a bit of a problem when trying to discuss what I wanted doing and when trying to sort out any problems. I know that some people have been going there for a while and have never had an issue but personally I will be avoiding this nail salon in future.

Took my daughter just over a week ago to get her nails done and they haven’t lasted paid £42 for them to already fall off I wouldn’t recommend at all

The service is really good and the staff are amazing. I would 100% recommended to use pink nails as there are really flexible with bookings. They always go an extra mile in doing good nails. They also make you feel comfortable and welcomed at there salon.
