I have been going to this place for very long and the staff has always been polite and professional. Today however I was treated very rudely by a lady I have never seen there and it was disappointing. I do jot know who owns or manage the shop but it is very sad that a regular customer get talked to so rudely. I had my appointment at 3:15 and arrived at 3:18. I was asked to seat and after 10 minutes they loved me to the pedicure station but still waiting. When I asked how long the lady was annoyed as clearly rotated her eye and said I was late and the lady was at lunch and if I wanted I could go.
She clearly could not care about loosing g a client and customer care. I am very sad as was not expecting this from this outlet.
If there is an owner who would like to address what happened that would be very much appreciated.

These service here is amazing. It’s quick, and my nails last 3 weeks, eventhough I climb 3 times a week and scratch my nails against the wall a lot, so I am really impressed. The price is amazing and they don’t damage your nail plate or cuticle, which has happened in other nail salons before.

My absolute favourite Nail Salon. Tina was lovely and did my nails just like the photo. Always a very nice atmosphere and good music. Very good price too - I got a full set acrylics and these were £40

Had my nails today first time visiting here and I was very impressed the lady done my nails exactly how I wanted and actually took time with them not rushing like the other salons do ! Thank you will be back very soon 😁

Best nail shop in Sevenoaks! All the staff are super friendly, kind and caring. It’s not a money grab for them, they give you brilliant service and constantly checking in with design, length and colour, also wanted to note they give great advice, for instance I sat in and this member of staff was letting the another customer know what’s the best way forward for her nails. I can’t recommend enough! Thank you nail number 2 🥰

Bad for biab removal. Too harsh for nails and nails are damaged now.
