I phoned the salon to make an appointment for acrylic nails full set basic colour.....quoted £32 which l was happy with....attended to my appointment today asked to choose a colour out of the books which l did...when l went to pay it was £42
When l questioned the extra £10 charge was told l had picked a gel colour not a plain one! This was not clear or explained at choice....so be careful....ripoff!!

The place for manicures and pedicures in East Kent. No others come even remotely close to rivaling this spa. Good pricing too, but the main thing is the quality. They are the best by far.

Went in for acrylic infills, and the woman who did my nails asked if I wanted them a little bit shorter, so she drilled them down to the length I wanted, which was fine, she then shaped my nails into a square shape which I've never had done, so I voiced it to her that I wanted Squoval. She then proceeded to hand file my nails down more and more til near enough all the length was gone.. she accidentally left a brush bristle on my nail while she was painting the colour on, which I voiced up. She fixed it right then and there, and every 5 mins she kept saying "don't worry, I make ur nails look perfect"

To nicely put it .. they weren't perfect as all my acrylic has lifted off. Won't be returning here

Always first class as usual. Have been coming to Little Haven for 10 years . Called for pedicure, absolutely love the leg massage! Staff wonderful as usual always polite .. Perfect toes for my holiday!!
