I was familiar with the nail tech as I had used them previously in another salon so did not hesitate to use them.

The salon is beautifully decorated, clean and well organized. Offered a menu as you enter with FREE snacks and drinks. I was very well listened to, offered good advice with regards to my nail health and given exactly what I asked for.

I am now a regular. Have been several times. Quality never differs. Always excellent.

Have been going to the same couple who run this salon since I was 14 years old, I’ve been going to Chloe Nails since they opened and they do not disappoint. Absolutely lovely people through and through, love all the staff at Chloe nails!!!!

Genuinely upset with my experience. I had been recommended by a friend saying how good it was so I had high hopes. I arrived after having explained on the phone that I had my nails done by someone else but needed them taken off and a full set redone. I sat down in the chair and he started filing my gel with the when I said I wanted them to remain long as I’ve been growing my nails out for 1.5years now as they don’t grow fast. He didn’t soak off the builder gel like I asked, he basically filed it and infilled. Whilst my nails were under the lamp I said the lamp was burning me and pulled my nail out and was blowing on it and he snapped at me to put my hand back in.
Several times whilst filing my nails he caught my skin and it hurt and he didn’t seem to care. It seems this shop only cares about speed and not client care. He then proceeded to get the electric file and file off all of my nails underneath the builder gel. I am now left with no nails and heartbroken due to the fact I have been growing them out for a year and a half like I had already said. 2 days later and 2 of my nails have broken off completely as they are so weak they just couldn’t hold and I go on holiday next week so have completely wasted £35 and will have to now go somewhere else to get them redone. So incredibly disappointed, now having to start my nail journey again.

I really had a good experience with chole nails and not in a way. Good because I really liked my nails the way they did it and I’m so grateful for that.I’m not happy because they calculated the amount wrong. Though we already paid they still asked us to pay more,which is fine we make mistakes time to time but the way they handled it is bad. One guy said he’s going to call police,instead so explaining he threaten us. That’s not a great feeling … he needs to be more polite.we are customers not criminals. Other than that it’s a great place to visit.

Absolutely love coming here! The staff are always so lovely and welcoming — they make you feel right at home. As a regular customer, I really appreciate how consistent and quick their service is. They always do such a great job on my nails, and I always leave happy. It’s one of those places you can rely on every time. Highly recommend!

Great service, lovely staff and amazing nails! So many colours and techniques to choose from. Always a good atmosphere and wait times aren’t long. Complementary hot/cold drinks available, as well as snacks as you wait. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! 💅🏽🫶🏼

They sprayed ombre on hands and feet with gel great outcome lasted ages and got loads of comments on how good they were.
