I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this nail salon. After my appointment, I developed a serious infection on my fingers, which was most likely caused either by contaminated tools such as the nail file or drill, or by unhygienic products used during the treatment.

I contacted the salon to explain what happened, but shockingly, they did not even offer a sincere apology, a refund, or any proper support. Instead, they gave me a random cream that was completely ineffective.
Because of this, I went through severe discomfort and stress, and I had to use cortisone cream for two weeks as well as oral medication prescribed to treat the infection.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism. During one appointment, 3 or 4 different staff members worked on my nails, which clearly showed a lack of experience and consistency. It felt like inexperienced trainees were practicing on customers rather than receiving service from qualified nail technicians. This was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable when it affected my health. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before visiting this salon.

I was recommended here by a friend ans omg.there amazing. Friendly, talented and prices are amazing..really make u feel comfortable and do better than what u go in and ask for.

Went with my girlfriend to get her nails done they didn’t understand half of the things she asked for had multiple nail techs pull faces at us and in the end they still turned out different to what she asked and she was also cut and had around 3-4 different nail techs try and do her nails.

Came in about 2 weeks ago to get my nails re done after the first time when they gave me biabe instead of acrylics. The lady who own the place was so rude and shouted at me multiple times. This is a joke now and someone needs to do something about this as I have an infection on one of my nails and need to go to hospital to get it off as even other nail salons can’t get it off which means I will loose my full nail and they won’t even give me an refund. I will not have any off my own nails left

Been using this nail salon for a years now. Won't go anywhere else. Nail art is amazing and has lots of choice with colours and designs. Always excellent service and made to feel welcome. Highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting amazing nails 😁😁😁

I went in here to have my nails done today before reading the reviews. If I had have read the reviews, I probably wouldn’t have come here. However, with that said, I’m glad I had my nails done here and it will be my go to place from now on. Friendly staff and love my nails. Only got a simple design to tide me over until I get them done for my holiday but they are all the same size and look lovely. Very happy customer and will continue using them.
