Frankie’s training courses are so well prepared/organised and put together, and she manages to make the entire day feel relaxed, enjoyable, and most importantly stress-free. She explains everything clearly, supports you every step of the way, and creates a space where you can ask anything without feeling silly or judged.
The whole team is so supportive; all the girls in the salon are always there to help, offer advice, or just give you a confidence boost when you need it.
