Google Man started doing my nails was pleasant and fine, young very young girl took over, talked all the time in there language, was very rough with my hands and nails I have Osteoporosis, pulled my finger that hard it hurt, she was on her phone all the time while doing my nails, she was the most rudest person ever, won't go again and certainly don't recommend there

Google Lee did my nails late on evening. I was the last customer, he took his time, helped recommend what would look nice and gave me the most beautiful nails, thank you so much cannot wait to come again and see what else to have 10/10 👌❤️

Google Went to queen nails this morning with an appointment with my little girl aswell who’s 5 bear in mind! She was having her nails done too all ready for holiday so excited!. He did mine and my nieces when it got to my daughters he said he ran out of time as I was only booked out 9-10! It would have literally took him 10mins even another customer said who was waiting just do her as she was crying wanting them doing and he totally ignored that comment! Absolutely disgraceful as I always use them too! I then had to go to another nail shop for her to have them done! And they was much better with her!! I will not be coming again considering I used them all or the time!!!!!

Hi Adrienne, we’re sorry to hear of this negative experience with us and we do appreciate you are a regular customer of ours. We made 3 appointments for you all to get your nails done and were of course very happy to fulfill the service for you all. At the appointment time we had 3 nail techs ready to perform all 3 booked services for you however upon arrival she did not want her nails done. It was only 1 hours later, after the slot had passed she changed her mind and wanted them done again. Sadly we had our next bookings waiting at this point so could no longer perform the service.
