I don't often leave a review as i hate to be critical on businesses, but in this case i have to make an exception. visited here for basic gel polish entered at 15:45 - i usually go to lucky nails who are amazing but they were very busy and i needed them doing as I had an event to go to, so thought I'd try here. however - once seated my old gel was filed off (standard) I was then told "it will just be 10 minutes", no exaggeration, it got to quarter to 5, the staff member started doing a pedicure instead which arrived after I did. an hour after entering i began to feel frustrated, and I asked someone how long will this take? I'd have honestly walked out if they hadn't filed my current varnish off leaving them looking horrid. Eventually I was told 15 minutes. 17:40 I walked out. Then I was charged £28, turns out they gave me builder gel which is NOT what I asked for, I asked for standard gel polish on my own nails which is cheaper and better for my own nails. I also walked away with polish all over the skin on my fingers. A lack of communication but equally it is so wrong to sit someone down, start your nails then leave you for all that time just to keep a customer from leaving, you've lost one for good and plenty more from what I sadly hear about this nail bar, I will not return nor would I recommend it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon.
We walked in (as it’s a walk-in salon) and waited around 40 minutes before being seen, which was fine at first — but unfortunately the service only got worse from there.
The technician was incredibly heavy-handed with the nail drill. At one point the drill actually burned my nail, and another time it slipped and went up onto my finger. It was painful and completely unacceptable. They were also chipping away at a nail that didn’t even need to be chipped, which caused my finger to jolt forward and hit against the drill. It felt careless and unsafe.
I had one broken nail and specifically requested that it be soaked off. Instead, they aggressively drilled off the remaining acrylic. The pressure used was so intense that my natural nail ended up cracking. The drill bit used felt extremely aggressive — like a mini chainsaw — and there was no care taken to protect my natural nails.
To make matters worse, they didn’t even have the colours we originally wanted.
We were so uncomfortable and unhappy with the service that we walked out before any acrylic was even applied.
Overall, the experience was painful, careless, and unprofessional. I left feeling upset and concerned about the damage done to my natural nails. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Called in on the off chance to day for a pedicure.
I was made welcome. Whilst having the pedicure I also got a welcomed back massage, along with a cup of coffee.
I can't thank the lady who did the pedicure enough ( sorry I didn't get her name) she was extremely professional and very polite.
I will definitely recommend Nail Bar and be returnig again.

Been coming here for a while now and always pleased with my nails. Staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. They are always keen to please and continuously ask if you are happy with what they are doing. Reasonably priced with money off coupons for loyal customers.

Will not go there again.
First I had to remind them to put anti fungus on.
Second They put anti fungus again before adding nail polish which I belive cause for the nail polish to get removed so soon.
The shape of my nails is terrible not aligned at all.
I am not sure if one of the nail artists was so bad but definitely will not go back.
I went for a refill with powder.

Would go lower if I possibly could.
The new nail technicians are dreadful.
I walked out mid way through as they cut my skin 3 times, I couldn’t take much more.
