I have been coming to this place for few years. Every stuff is amazing. But today I had an experience which is not related to their service or stuffs. For the first time I wanted the remote control to hear a song as the salon was not that busy, there were not much ppl inside. I even searched the song and after just one minute A CUSTOMER WANTED THE REMOTE AND WITHOUT WAITING FOR 2 mins (by that time the song would be finished) , SHE ASKED THE REMOTE AND CHANGED THE SONG , IT WAS QUITE INSULTING! I never really am bothered about what song is playing. She could have waited for 2 mins. I even know her name but I won’t be disrespectful just like her . Anyways , The salon gets a 5 star from me for their services but that customer was really disrespectful!!!

Probably that customer didn’t notice the whole situation but the person who transferred the remote from me to her could have told her, she is listening to something as he noticed I just turned the song on and it’s been only 1 min. Anyways, as I said this nail salon is one of the best in Stevenage. The stuffs are caring and they are nice. Probably it was a misunderstanding! Peace and love!

Had my nails done today, wish there was a higher rating, showed the gentleman a picture on my phone, how i wanted my nails done.
And he done it to the exact shape and colours 😊.
I was so so happy with my nails absolutely love ❤️ them, there always polite and i have to say they make a great cup of tea as well, thank you so much im over the moon with them i highly recommended this nail bar ..

I went in to get my Christmas nails done on a sunday because they were open today! Amazing! I was looking for a more complicated design. Decided to forgo it because of the time it would take. My nail technician, Kevin did his own thing with my nails and I was more than happy to let him! Let me just say that my nails look incredible. I've had them done many times but this is by very far my favourite set! Thank you Kevin!

And as always customer service and all the amazing people at Five Star Nails are incredible! Thank you thank you! 1000000000% recommend this place!

Excellent nail salon. I’ve had my nails done here regularly and they’ve always been great; gone out of their way to do the designs I’ve asked for, and have been very welcoming and patient. I recently needed to get infills whilst away on holiday and had to use a different nail salon somewhere else, and the nails were awful. This is the only nail salon I will go to as they’re always great here 😊

Possibly the best nail shop in Stevenage. Staff are incredibly friendly. Well ventilated and clean space. Gel nails always last a very long time.

Had some Christmas style toes done today by David who made extra effort on the pattern. They are lovely. Thanks a lot, will be sticking with this nail shop for foreseeable future. Highly recommend.

every time i come here they slay the job. i always ask for a bespoke design, they admit when they can't achieve something, but most things they can do. if you bring your own charms, they can stick them on for you. they have many talented nail techs who can do nail art at different levels. the attention to detail for the shape is much appreciated. Thank you David !
