Amazing service. I loved my hair, everyone there was so kind and welcoming. They took time, not only with my hair but everyone’s hair to make sure it was done exactly how they imagined and I walked out of there loving it even more than the reference photo.

I went in there yesterday asking if they could do dreadlocks and the front lady said they do but she needs to contact the lady that does it. Cool. She took picture of my hair and then later texted me the price.

I asked her what the availability was and I got no response. So this morning I asked again then she called me and I ask how many years experience the lady has doing dreadlocks to which she asks why am I'm asking that question and I responded that I need to know before I can have her in my hair and then she said they can't "service me if I'm asking that kind of question, I need to go and find someone else."

I'm shocked. I felt that was a reasonable question to ask, I don't understand why she felt so threatened by that question. We hung up and I texted her to express my disappointment.

As a salon owner myself who does dreads it's hard to find the time to do my own, which is why I find this experience was very disappointing.

I hope they handle this kind of question better in the future as this lack of transparency just breeds distrust.

I wish them luck though.

Lovely experience, lovely and friendly staff the owners are really helpful and willing to help if you need anything. I pre booked to do my hair and my daughters hair ahead of time. They were ready and waiting to do our hair. Great atmosphere.

Went there for twists and got the cutest hairstyle! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the place was lively and they have great music taste! I had a very comfortable experience in my chair, and my twists were installed delicately and gently. Wonderful service all round. I’d go there again!
