Very disappointed with the quality and hygiene standards of this salon.

I am certain that the instruments used were not properly sanitised or sterilised, which is extremely dangerous and unacceptable in a nail salon. Hygiene should be the most basic standard for any beauty service.

The manicure done by the male technician was acceptable, although my cuticles were not properly cleaned. However, the pedicure was a terrible experience. The technician seemed annoyed when I asked to try two colours, and communication was very difficult as she did not understand English well.

She unnecessarily used an old foot file on my feet even though I do not have hard skin, and she never asked for my consent before doing so. As shown in the photos, the skin around my toes was left damaged, irritated, and sore. The nail polish application is also messy and unfinished around the edges.

What made the experience even worse was not being allowed to properly check the result or confirm whether I was happy before the service was considered finished.

Paying £40 for this level of service is completely unacceptable. In total, I was asked to transfer £80 because I had no cash, and I was not given any receipt.

Very unprofessional experience overall.

I’ve had two sets of BIAB nails here so far and have loved them both. Beautifully and skilfully done and they stay looking great until your nails grow and you’re ready for your next set. The team are lovely and they will listen to what you want and make sure you’re happy with the results. Will be back!

Walked in without an appointment and was seated with Kevin immediately. Not only has he done a beautiful job of my nails, he listened to exactly how I wanted them (most nail shops I find just completely ignore you or get bothered when you’re specific how you like your nails - not Kevin!) We had a lovely chat, and he was super helpful when deciding what colour and design I wanted to go for - we ended up doing some cats eye nails and I love them! The shape and feel is super natural looking, exactly what I wanted. Will definitely return back!
