Google Made an appointment yesterday for today at 2 pm. I told them I could do almost any time and they gave me 2 pm. Walked in to find two other ladies waiting for a 2 pm appointment and two walk ins that they were already working on. There were only two people working so I questioned them on it, they couldn’t answer me so I walked out… Don’t make appointment if you can’t fulfil them because now I start my new job tomorrow and I have rank Nails 💅! Could have gone somewhere else or you could have given me a different time! Thanks a bunch.
Owner Response:
Hi Lauren,
It was our fault for double booked you in and made you wait.
I can only apologise. If you can forgive us . We will give you a good discount next time you come back 🙏

Google I’ve been coming to Broxbourne nails since they first opened and have been a loyal customer ever since. I’m always made to feel welcome and the staff are very polite. They go above and beyond everytime. Pinky does my nails and she is amazing. She always gets it spot on with what I want and is very talented. I highly recommend Broxbourne nails to anyone!
