I had a pedicure here, probably the fastest pedicure ever. I didn't feel very welcome on my first visit - it seemed like my appointment was a nuisance amongst other customers that were being attended to despite having an appointment. The polish was mostly neat, but there was a large gap between the polish and my nail bed that it looked like I had the pedicure about 3 weeks ago.

I believe you have come here multiple times ( roughly a year) and you have shown no sign of dissatisfaction with the services we have provided for you - so we are quite unsure about how this has popped up. And about the service, we always ask all clients if they wish to have any complimentary drinks and always provide friendly talk. You have been coming to us for quite some time now and we are more than happy to hear you out if there are any issues or concerns you have. And with the normal polish pedicure, it is usually a service that only takes 30-45 minutes. If you are not happy with the application of polish , we would be more than willing to fix it for you. Furthermore, with every pedicure we ensure than we clean all pedicure baths with cleaning products to maintain hygienic and clean conditions after every use. We
do apologise if you have not felt that our services have not reached your expectations, but hopefully we can make it up to you in the future. Thank you for review, and we will definitely take your feedback into consideration.

Google Had a fantastic pedicure at Ocean Nails yesterday. Such a lovely place run by friendly, chatty people. The pedicure was the best I’ve had and my feet felt so much lighter afterwards. The hot towel wrap and hot stone massage was a real treat. I would highly recommend it! Thank you x

Google The best nail experience I’ve ever had. Booked in on insta dm night before and had such a lovely time while there. Both the owners are so kind and caring and the nails are incredible.

Google Took my 10 year old daughter in today, she is a nail biter but wanted pretty nails like her friends. The lady who served us was nothing short of amazing. She talked through it all and advised against what my daughter thought she wanted as it was in her best interests to try and grow the nail naturally bit by bit. She did an amazing job trying to replicate what inspiration picture my daughter gave her and I have one very happy girl with the results. Look forward to coming back for more treatments, thank you ❤️

Google Been coming to ocean nails since they first opened 11 months ago. What can I say I’m always greeted in a polite and friendly manner, in this time I have only had two full set of acrylic extensions done.
With time and effort from the staff I have never had any breakage, which can’t be said for previous nail salons used in the area. They go above and beyond and listen to what I want not what they want to do.
Returning customer who has infills every two weeks.
