As a first time customer i was expecting better. I booked an appointment for a manicure & pedicure more than a week in advance to get holiday ready. I did email twice to check i could get acrylics aswell but had no replies. Pedicure was fabulous & very professional but then it all went downhill from there. I was left waiting for about 30 mins before my nails could be done, it was all very rushed, I didn't get the manicure & my nails looked like mini shovels & were too thick. I was going on holiday the next morning so couldnt do anything about them. When I got on holiday I got them removed by a local salon. Shame because the staff all seem lovely but maybe overworked 🤔.

I had Biab done by Caitlin and I am so happy with my nails! I asked for this flower design for Spring and it came out so well - she’s so talented! I’ve been going to this salon since November and I think I have had my nails done by almost every member of staff, and every time I’ve been very pleased with my nails and their service. Would definitely recommend!

Walking into this salon always feels a little bit like coming home. I come from a similar background as many of the hardworking people here, so I truly appreciate the care, dedication, and passion they put into what they do. You can feel that this isn’t just a job for them—it’s something they take pride in.
Every visit has been an amazing experience. The service is consistently warm, welcoming, and professional, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. My nails always turn out even better than I imagined—beautiful, detailed, and long-lasting. They really take their time to make sure everything is perfect.
It means a lot to support a place where people are not only incredibly talented but also genuinely kind and committed to their craft. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. I can’t recommend this salon enough—if you’re looking for great service and stunning results, this is the place to go!

Absolutely cannot recommend this team highly enough. I’m extremely fussy and although I’ve been a regular since they opened a year ago, I’ve never been disappointed. The salon is immaculately clean and beautifully appointed so makes every visit a real treat. A special mention to Caitlyn and Harry who usually do my nails (perfectly) and to Lauren for my luxury pedi treatments.
