Charged me £75 for a standard set of acrylics. Need I say anymore? Never have I ever paid that much for a bog standard acrylic set. Tried telling me I had ‘long nail extensions’ which is a lie, they put a normal tip on and cut it down so can’t see how that’s a ‘long nail extension’. They advertise £40ish for a full set acrylics so have no idea why I was told £75?! I felt too awkward saying anything in the salon so I decided to contact them later in the day to ask how it came to be that much money and got completely ignored. Would never ever come back here, nails don’t even look like the photo I showed and the communication is terrible.

Amazing place. This family business is a gem and you will feel relaxed and welcome. The owners are kind and look after their customers so well. The attention to detail is brilliant. They also fixed a small problem with my nail with no hassle and do not over charge. Their dog is beautiful and very friendly and calming. The pedicure is really great. Thank you.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was seen to straight away by a very friendly gentleman. I showed him what I was after and we agreed on a price before starting. He was so quick and professional. A great find in Ringwood.

This nail salon has been my go to for about 4 years now and they have never disappointed. My nails are always exactly how i pictured and last very well between infills ! It’s a family run business and they’re all absolutely lovely including Lulu 🐾 I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else ☺️

The longest lasting nails I’ve ever had have been from this salon, they lasted 5 weeks with no lifting or peeling! (They were very grown out by this stage but they were still perfect!) They really ensure each nail is sealed very carefully and take care with each stage.

I love this nail salon. David and Lee are so friendly and welcoming and are always happy for me to bring my son with me if I need to. My nails always look perfect and they last. I always get complimented on them. Salon is always comfy and clean and appointments are always on time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 100% recommended.
