If I could give 0 stars I would. I got these nails done a couple of years ago and didn’t write a review. I asked for a refund which I didn’t get and they said the damage to my nails was the fault of the salon who took them off, which wasn’t the case as I was in so much pain getting my nails done but as I’m autistic I didn’t speak up.. the owner who did them filed my natural nail on the top so far down it was bleeding (the pink part of my nail shown in the photo) it took around 4-6 hours to do these nails and they are so bad I’ve never seen nails so bad and as it was my first time getting acrylics I had to idea what to expect. Do not get ur nails done here because these were £40!! How is that okay? How can u look at my nails and hands that are all cut up from ur filing and think it’s okay? I was bleeding from more than one spot and she didn’t notice? A 5 year old could do better. never even got an apology. Don’t bother going here.
