Such a lovely experience every time. I feel really welcome and comfortable, and we always have a good chat which makes the appointment even nicer. I trust Rowena's recommendations completely and leave happy with the result. It’s nice and quick but never feels rushed, she takes the right amount of time and does a great job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was really nervous about having my legs waxed for the first time, but Rowena put me at ease straight away. She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, and we always have a lovely conversation during appointments, which makes the whole experience feel really comfortable.

She’s brilliant at what she does, very professional, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. My first appointment was such a good experience that I now go regularly every six weeks.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Rowena highly enough. If you’re nervous or going for the first time, she’ll make you feel completely comfortable. Super helpful, lovely to deal with, and excellent at what she does.

I started going to Rowena for laser hair removal earlier in the year which has been great. Pain free and saw results very early on.
Decided to treat myself to some facials and massages too which have been incredible, so relaxing and been amazing for my skin!
I’ve already recommended a couple of friends and will continue to do so!

Had a number of treatments with both Megan and Rowena and highly recommend them. Megan is very knowledgeable and is always able to answer all my questions and reassure me on any new treatments and I can’t thank her enough for the microneedling, which has made a massive difference to my skin. The new hair removal machine is great too!
