Come back to have my lashes done by Pin today - such a professional job done & they last always. Booked next nails as I’m having builder gel and really working last couple of years to strengthen & grow my own nails.

Love it here! Staff are wonderful and never fail to make me feel comfortable and well looked after. I get my nails and toes done here consistently and retention is fantastic, I've never had any lifting, even after 4 weeks of wear.

Im a consistent client at this salon and have nothing short of a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming, which always put me at ease. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to listen to exactly what I want and offering helpful suggestions.
My treatments are always done with great care and attention to detail. You can really tell that Caroline takes pride in her work she’s always precise, gentle, and makes sure Im comfortable throughout. The products she uses feel high-quality, and everything was hygienic and well-organized.
What stands out the most to me is the level of customer service. I never feel rushed, made the whole experience feel relaxing and personal rather than transactional. It’s clear caroline values her clients and wants them to leave feeling confident and refreshed.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Caroline is always so welcoming and professional and consistently makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in.
The quality of service is outstanding—whether it’s nails, toes, waxing or just a sunbed everything is done with real care and attention to detail. Caroline really listens to what you want and offers helpful advice without ever being pushy, which I really appreciate.
