I've been a few times now as wanted to give them as many chances as I could as they are local to me.
Each time I've found they chip and snap easily compared to other salons I've used. This most recent time was infuriating as I felt like even though I supplied a photo of the shape and length I wanted, the language barrier seemed to be a big issue. I was very unhappy throughout the process, and no matter how I tried to communicate it, I just wasn't being understood. Ended up leaving really upset, especially as the price was so steep for something I was so unhappy with, and knowing I'd have to pay to have them removed and then pay somewhere else to have them redone.
To add insult to injury, 3 of them were chipped within 3 days.

I had my nails done for the 1st time in a salon 3 weeks ago.
I was recommended to have shellac, and I'm so pleased I did.
This was a treat for my holiday.
Only yesterday did I start to get any chips, so I will be going back today to get them done again.
The girl who did my nails was lovely, sorry I forgot your name, the price was great and chatting to other customers was very relaxing.

Amazing nails, so gentle as well! I’ve had acrylics done a few years ago at other salons and always ended up with my fingers bleeding, acrylic all over my fingers and sore cuticles. I’m getting married in a month and wanted to try out a set to see if I like them and they’re amazing! Really well priced as well, so patient and kind staff too.

Never having had nail extensions before I asked around for local recommendations and was advised to go to Sophie's Nails by a nail technician who did not do nail extensions personally but said that Sophie's Nails were very good. I am very impressed with the quality of my nails and will definitely be going back for my infills 💅

We were led to believe we were having gel polish on our hands and feet but after a day noticed they were chipping off. When we phoned back we were told it was normal nail polish and that we had been told that, and that it would only last a few days which did not happen on our visit. Very disappointed as these were for our holiday.

Although the design and quality of the acrylic nail was great. My nails are now very damaged and I have a ridge on each on my nails where the technician pushed down too hard where the cuticle was! I now have to wait for this to grow out :(
