My daughter just got her nails done here with her friend. She has just come home and her nails are shocking, the lady put the powder on before the tip and she said a customer next to her even questioned and said “aren’t you suppose to put the tip on first?!”. We are going on holiday tomorrow morning so no time to rectify now. I’m extremely cross they would let her leave with nails like that and charge just under 40£ for it!

I’ve been coming here recently to have BIAB infills. I usually get a plain colour, but today decided something different.
I showed her the photo, and she checked I was happy with the colours.
The lady done a beautiful job, and asked if I was happy throughout. Prices are reasonable, I find all staff to be friendly and polite. Happy to come here for my nails :-)

Lovely lady did a brilliant job on my infills, took her time to perfect the shape and there were no imperfections. I will certainly be coming here again <3

Went here few months back. Got acrylic set done by one of the ladies, (seemed like the manager). Was almost finished but then decided I wanted to try glitter polish... The woman was extremely irritated by what I said and started scrubbing off the dried polish from my nail. I thought I was just imaging things but it turned out she was literally fuming! She completely lost control with the sponge and started scrubbing off my skin (above my nail). It started bleeding and it wouldn’t stop no matter how much I applied pressure on the wound - Only until I got home it stopped. In order to compensate, she gave me a 10% discount and a blank stare. Unbelievable!! Such a shame this used to be my go to nail salon (because of the cheap price) but I can gladly say that I will never be visiting again!!! Also this experience never happened to me at all, even though I’ve came to this salon several times. This manager lady let her anger take over her and intentionally decided to hurt me. Such people should not even be allowed to work as nail technicians. This is the reason why so many diseases are contracted, who knows they probably don’t even clean their equipment! Also these staff ladies (I don’t know about the men tho) do not know how to properly design nails,I was never satisfied with their work - which is why I kept changing my mind with the whole design. Due to my experience I will no longer be recommending this salon to anyone, and to anyone reading AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!

First and last time going here!!! My usual nail bar Hannah’s at The Linkway was very busy so I thought I would see if one of the ones in Fleet had availability. BIG MISTAKE!!
Kept going over and over my nails with BIAB clear polish, continuously. I tried to ask why she was doing that when Iv never had it done that way before but she brushed me off. Filing my nails so thin that it started to hurt on my nail bed. Again tried to ask her not to but she brushed me off!
The last straw for me was when the lady doing my nails was talking in her language constantly to other members of staff the whole time. English might not be your first language but this is just so rude. Hannah’s in Fleet are same nationality (I think) and they DO NOT do that.
You are RUDE and disrespectful.
My opinion AVOID this “salon”

Badly done, French tips aren’t even, the actual nail is see through and the communication was poor. vanish came off 2 hours after getting done, one of the nails came off just now. Won’t be going again
