Although the massage was lovely, unfortunately this has been the second complaint now in a different salon with the therapist finishing 15/20 minutes early. I was still charged the full price. There is no contact option to email on the website either which isn’t ideal. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I had the guinot slim logic treatment and it really is wonderful. An exfoliation followed by massage and then a mask is a fabulous combination. You can also have a complimentary scalp or hand and arm massage. Ive had both and they are equally wonderful. Nicola was professional and lovely and I left walking on air.

Had a Hollywood wax with the lovely Amber in the fleet salon. Obviously it’s an intimate wax however Amber was very friendly, chatty but also professional (although we did have a laugh ☺️).
There had been a mix up with appointments but the lovely people at body image sorted me out straight away. Thank you ladies for everything and I will most definitely be back.
If you like friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere you can’t go wrong with any branch of body image……definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience

I had an amazing massage with Chloe!
She was so skilled and made me feel completely relaxed.
The Elemis treatment was a perfect touch- it left my skin feeling refreshed and added to the whole experience. Chloe was professional, friendly, and attentive.
