I started my first PT session with Nataša last week , I was nervous and lacking confidence as it was the first workout and return to getting fitter and healthier in 12 years .
Nataša put me at ease straightaway and after already having a free consultation period the week before she tailored a routine specifically for my needs.
It is only the beginning of my fitness journey but I feel assured and confident that Nataša at Pebble Beach Holistics will support and encourage me through this journey.

THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD.

I am lucky to have had many massages from around the world but this was hands down the best massage I have ever had. This was my first time visiting Natasa as I do not live on the island. However, Natasa was completely in tune with the massage I needed. She is clearly highly trained and was able to tailor to my needs. I really could not recommend her enough and will continue to return when I am visiting parents!

I tried the new massage with candle oils, I arrived feeling so tense and my neck/shoulders were very sore. This treatment was relaxing and the massage was excellent. I would highly recommend this treatment, it was one hour in total 45 minutes was spent on my back neck and shoulders, with 15 minutes on my front collar bone and upper chest area. I left feeling like a different person and totally relaxed and pain free. Natasa is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable too, I will be booking again.

Best Indian Head massage around!
I have seen huge improvements in both my shoulder injury and my hair growth with regular Indian Head massages and I always leave Pebble Beach Holistics feeling so relaxed.
Natasa is fantastic, so fantastic in fact that I have just booked in a block of 6 treatments with her.
I would highly recommend :)

We visited on 2nd August. I had the recharge package which was the most beautiful,relaxing massage,facial and Indian head massage (I actually fell asleep for most of it). My mum really enjoyed her Thai foot massage and Indian head massage. The staff are amazing and very accommodating towards my mum's walking disabilities. Thankyou for the lovely afternoon, we will see you again next year.
