I've been a client of Charlie's for 3 or 4 years now and would never go to another Salon.

I'm always happy with the result (and I change my hair a lot!) but in addition to that, it's a lovely environment to be in.

The girls are great fun & I'm always totally relaxed & comfortable!

This is the only salon I would ever trust with my hair. I have never had a bad hair cut or colour at Our hair lounge. The stylists and owner are friendly, talented and make you feel completely welcome. I've gone from blonde to brown to blonde to almost black. Had short hair, long hair etc. All cuts and colour's have always come out exactly as intended. They are always honest about expected results and give good aftercare advice about how to best maintain hair quality. I have been with this salon since it opened and will never go anywhere else. Thank you Amina and team! You ladies are the best!

I’ve been here before with no issues, but this will be the last time I trust this salon with my hair. I was booked in for a head of highlights. When I arrived the ‘curly specialist’ began tugging on my curly hair, for about 10 minutes this went on for. Before claiming that my hair needed washing before she could start on the colour. Firstly, this could have been done at the beginning to save her pulling at my hair, and being able to brush when wet. Secondly, I then got charged for a blow dry I didn’t want, nor did I need. Finally, bleaching straight after washing is not recommended, something with her experience should have known. Then when she eventually started on the foils, I could sense she was rushing and constantly clock watching.
You are meant to come out of a salon feeling better and more confident, instead I felt worse and ripped off.

Lovely salon, great atmosphere, will most definitely recommend and go again.

I was visiting Eastleigh for a friend’s engagement party and decided to get my hair cut on a whim, I was worried about using a new hairdressers but my stylist Amy immediately put me at ease. Amy listened to what I wanted exactly and even suggested ideas she thought might suit me- the best hair cut I’ve ever had I love it, thank you Amy!
