I was very disappointed with my experience here. I came in for infills and requested French tips, which I regularly have done. After applying pink powder during the infill, I’d previously had clear powder she painted one white tip and I immediately explained that I wasn’t happy with how it looked, as the nail appeared pink, then clear, then white. I politely tried to explain that I needed a pink/nude base colour over the nails to cover the uneven tones and create a more blended French tip finish.

Instead of listening to my concerns, I was repeatedly told that I “didn’t know what I was talking about” and that I would need a completely new set instead of infills if I wanted that look.

The appointment ended without my nails even being completed Despite this, I was still charged £30. Overall, I found the customer service very unprofessional and disappointing, and unfortunately I would not return.

Although I can’t moan about my nails , the service having them done definitely felt rushed and made me uncomfortable, initially the guy in question just rushed everything and yet I was one of 2 people in the salon nobody else in there ?! I opted for acrylics then shellac on toes , my sandals were ripped off my feet , I had some explanation about not wanting to hurt my fingers due to something I was doing wrong , I’m still
Baffled exactly as to what that was but felt I had to apologise anyway ( perhaps the language barrier )

Overall my nails are lovely but not sure I’d return :/

To your response , your missing the point , it’s not about how you do my nails it’s how you treated me throughout, at £70 pounds you could have the decency to treat clients a lot nicer , not made to feel rushed and trust me my nails were rushed .

I went there first thing this morning, I arrived five mins before they were actually supposed to be open but they were immediately ready to serve me. I was served by a lady and then a man as there switched between me and another customer. The service was incredibly fast (i understand it was quiet in the salon so it might be longer during busy times) the actual quality of the nails are amazing. He even did my cuticles which is a step many skip over. Overall the price was very cheap and worth their product and service. They have a new regular customer out of me. 100% recommend

Pedicure and shellac nails. Beautiful clean salon, reasonably priced. English obviously not their first language. A very professional salon. The hot towels after the pedicure as standard was lovely.
I will definitely go back if I am in the area.

I love this place. Always come out feeling great. Such lovely nails and really clean environment. They are super patient when I can’t make up my mind on beautiful colours and designs. Gentle on nails and hands. Thank you 🫶

I gave this place a second chance but it was just as bad as the first The first timewhen they were called Sky Nails I went in for an infill, but the technician insisted on removing my perfectly good nails and making me get a full set instead The second time I didn’t even realize they had rebranded as Colour Nails unfortunately, the experience was just as awful The staff seemed inexperienced the service was painful and overall it felt like they were still in training I will never return and I strongly suggest you think twice before coming here
