I had gotten my nails done a week and an half ago. On the first week 3 of my nails had came off which I had phoned to complain and got told I had to pay around £20, 2 weeks later the rest of my nails had came off which I thought was unusual considering my nails usually last 4-5 weeks. Not only had this happened but my acrylics were see through and were thin, this had damaged my actual nails leaving them brittle and flimsy.

I was with my friend who got her nails done,they looked fine but nothing like the image, it was a (straight forward design)staff were fine and anyways once they finished she didn’t say anything not really noticing and left, not even 6 days later they were all coming off,the acrylic was very thin and not durable at all!and now due to possibly bad materials and products has left her with flimsy,brittle nails unfortunately I personally won’t be going there neither will my friend!

I have been here 3 times in a row now for acrylic infills and a pedicure since moving from basingstoke to Andover. Very happy with the level of service from everyone I have met so far. Great range of colours with current trends always available.
What made me leave a review today is I am heavily pregnant and all of the staff were extremely attentive with me. Helped me up and down the stairs etc. would highly recommend!

I got gel nails done on 7th June and by the 9th the gel was starting to crack and my nails were splitting.
I was going to Amsterdam on 13th June and had to buy nail glue to stick my nails together to get me through my trip.
Very very disappointed…Will not be back there.

I'm used to a different type of manicure, where there is a lot of attention to cleaning cuticles and nail folds. However, I'm fully aware that it's not a common practice here, and it's mostly about application of the gel. And this part was great . The color, the glitter the technician suggested . Everything turned out beautiful. Thanks !
