Absolutely appalling. Been a couple times as I like the convenience of a walk in brow place. One time the lady dead sniffy, coughing and sneezing in my face while doing my eyebrows, it was disgusting. The most recent time I went it she waxed too much off the bottom of my brow and now 2 months later it still looks stupid! When no cleaning, prepping or aftercare done and then when I get to pay it was £5 more expensive than usual! I question this and she said ‘it was sensitive wax’! At bit point did I ask for sensitive wax but she used it anyway! Plain rude, in considerate and unprofessional!

Been a few times and always been happy. But this time round was shocking - Avoid at all cost! Terrible service.
Eyebrow wax- no preparation to the skin or cleaning the area. I questioned it. No aftercare gel- lady who did it was so rude and abrupt.

When come to paying I only had £50 note, they only take cash anyway so still don’t understand why they don’t have enough change but wouldn’t take it, I said ok well I’ll pop to shop to get some change, wouldn’t let me leave the shop. Literally accused me of doing a runner 😆. No apology or anything when I did return.

Very very happy with the service provided by Angela. I go here every time to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, as well as my legs. I have never been disappointed or let down. I highly recommend to everyone. I refuse to go to any other spa as they do not do as well as job as Angela.

Absolutely awful. Asked for my brows to be tinted and threaded as my usual shop was closed. This was the result. I told her i was not happy and would not be paying. She wasnt even apologetic. Ive had to scrub my skin which has left it red raw with skin missing. Will never go there again.

I got my eyebrows shaped here and the lady was really nice! Unfortunately, I did have to get a bit of my eyebrow threaded to shape it a bit more properly. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like this place gets much business and I’m sharing my experience in hopes of getting this place more attention.

I’m a regular customer for waxing and always see Angela she’s professional and so quick made it less painful👍 but disappointed the company haven’t stock back on the hot wax as it’s much better to use,please can you restock them.

Dreadful. I went for eyebrow threading and wasn’t shown the result before I left, but should have! I have one eyebrow with a gap in the middle and a different shape to the other. The person doing them didn’t engage, no wonder the place was empty.

Absolutely appalling, mucked my eyebrows completely up , had to go get them redone, burnt my face with wax wayyy to hot , I'm now missing some of my brow, was really rude when I wasn't happy and was upset, DO NOT GO HERE
