Dirty walls, seats and equipment looks really grubby worried about anything being sterilised.
Towels still felt and smelt damp even though I turned up when they opened to get my toes done off putting. Men are so rude in here told me he only owns 2 pinks in the whole shop so I had no choice with the colour he picked asked him to make them small French and looked at me and ignored me and carried on. Try to rip you off so make sure you look at the board what your having and have the right amount of money so they can’t over charge you.

I popped into Barbie nails for the first time yesterday evening as a last minute visit and I am so happy with my nails. The nail technicians were so lovely and friendly and did such an amazing job with my nails. I loved how the acrylic was not thick at all and really followed my instructions of wanting "natural" looking set. This will be my new go to spot.

Always love coming here to get my nails done I’ve had them done here at least three times now and the cat eyes they do are GORGEOUS I’m obsessed. The people are friendly and respectful, the music is nice too and very relaxing could really fall asleep when they do them to be honest 😅 will come very soon!! 🩷🩷

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
nails lasted 4 days and the acrylic started to go up the nail after 4 days and then I rang them to ask if they can sort it out and they refused to sort it out and then also refused to give my money back absolutely disgusting customer service and appalling services please avoid this place

Absolutely shocking customer service. As per the picture you can see why the service was not 5 stars. The salon refused to refund and threatened with security. Very unprofessional and they are delusional if this set was supposed to keep a customer happy

I had gotten my nails done and for the price you pay you expect quality. After 3 days my nails looked like they had been on for months! polish chipped and they my nails look disgusting. I tried to go back in to see if i could get them touched up and i was refused shocking customer service DONT GO!

Refused to fix nails after rushing them in the first place and the staff members we're vaping with customers inside the salon. Very bad service!!!!!
