I’ve gone to Nails a Nails a few times to give it a proper go but each time I’ve been more let down than the last.

The basic hygiene standards you’d expect for a place that is constantly touching hands and feet is so abysmal it’s scary. There is no disinfectant in sight and they just move on to the next customer without even a pretend spray of disinfectant - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HYGIENE OR NAIL HEALTH.

On to the products they use - again abysmal. The acrylic they use is in unmarked tubs - so if you’re particular about what brands are being used on your nails DO NOT GO HERE.

Their customer service is so poor and it’s so obvious all they care about is getting the next client in and getting their payments in, they do not care about you or customer satisfaction. For an example, they LAUGHED at my hands and got their colleagues to come over and laugh at them too. Just pure and utter rudeness, I’ve never seen a worse display of customer service and I work in that field myself.

If you want quality nails, high standard hygiene practises and at least a low level of hospitality, DO NOT GO TO NAILS AN NAILS!!!!!

If I could give this place less than one star I would.

I mean, the results speak for themselves! I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few months now and am always happy with how my nails turn out. Highly recommend.

Today was my third visit to this nail salon and I will be back again soon. I have a gel manicure & removal each time and they last a good 3-4 weeks. I can’t comment on what the nail extensions are like here, but for a gel mani and pedi with my natural nails this place is great! They can do any design you ask for, today I went for brown leopard print and I’m so pleased with them! David did my nails today and he’s a lovely guy, very friendly and chatty which I appreciated. And he did exactly what I asked for, the perfect shape and design. Please ignore the bad reviews if you’re looking for the same service as me as I’m sure you’ll be just as impressed as I am.

This was hands down one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had, and I genuinely want to warn others so they don’t waste their money or time.
I only came here because my regular salon was fully booked and I was in a rush — huge mistake. I was told they were ready, yet I was made to wait over 10 minutes for no reason.
A guy started my nail extensions and immediately cut the nails straight to the exact length I mentioned, even though any trained nail tech knows you must leave them longer because filing shortens them. As expected, after filing, my nails were way shorter than what I asked for and already looked ridiculous.
Halfway through, another staff member took over, and it was obvious she was not properly trained. The gel was applied far away from the cuticles, making my nails look like I’d already had them done a week ago. The nails were also uneven in length, and when I pointed it out, she denied it completely and refused to fix them.
One nail was significantly shorter than the rest. After insisting it be corrected, it had to be redone three times by different people, and even then it still wasn’t right. By this point, I was running late, frustrated, and extremely unhappy.
On top of everything, they barely understand English at all. It was almost impossible to explain what I wanted because they kept speaking in their own language instead of communicating, which made the whole experience stressful and unprofessional. If a salon cannot communicate with customers, they should not be providing services like this.
The gel application is thick, bulky, and poorly shaped, clearly showing a lack of proper training and skill. I don’t mind paying the price for nail services, but customer satisfaction clearly means nothing here.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel responsible to warn others. This was my first and absolutely last visit. I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone who cares about quality, communication, or professionalism.

I have to go for party this weekend and had been very busy therefore could not get appointment from my preferred nail salon so walked in this one . All the tools were so disgusting full of nails dust and did even change in between clients. The lady who did my nails was rushing and did even understand an ounce of English. I stayed calm as I was not getting anywhere trying to explain what I want done. She did everything in a rush and my nails are looks terrible. They take only cash no cards . Unsure if HMRC should be informed about cash only business.

Rushed and botched acrylic nails. Nail varnish on my skin, and acrylic stuck to my skin all round the edges. Rough finish.

The staff are friendly but minimal conversation, the overall finished look isn’t the best.
