Booked for a wheelchair user, then they tried to tell me we didn’t tell them about the wheelchair. We had an appointment booked but they told us they couldn’t do the design we wanted because it was too busy. Just because they overbook doesn’t mean we get less.
This has happened on many occasions and we will not be returning. They don’t even say hello or anything upon arrival we get discriminated against all because of the wheelchair. Disgusting behaviour from “professionals”

Owner Response:

Hi Jasmine. I think you review the wrong salon. We are on Barton street, opposite One Stop. Recently, we haven't got any customer with wheelchair, and we always try our best to do the design that the customer want if we can do it. If possible, can you please delete this? Thank you so much

Been getting acrylics for years recently tried Tewkesbury nails as I’ve moved and I’ve never had my nails so damaged from a set of acrylics

Had a great pedicure. It was so relaxing and afterwards I felt like I was walking on air. Staff professional and friendly. Cost very reasonable.
