I was very disappointed with my gel manicure today. The lady who did them showed no interest in what she was doing and was constantly answering the phone and leaving me to take pics of other people’s nails. She also charged me £5 extra for the same treatment that my friend had?? My first experience here was ok but not happy with this treatment

I’ve been going here for years but I really feel it’s going down hill. They have a high rotation of staff and they are getting worse. I went in today for a pedicure and again it was below par, the chap was just in a hurry I had to ask for him twice to do things that are just basics in a pedicure. I don’t think I will be returning again which is a shame as I’ve been going there for so long. I wish they would just slow down a bit and have more attention rather than over booking and under delivering.

I’ve recently just had a pedicure and acrylic nails done Monday and the pedicure was completely fine although they didn’t ask if I had any allergies to the lotions as they use almonds and I’m severely allergic.

Pedicure was fine but I’ve been having issues with my nail Extensions, throbbing on the sides and painful to put pressure on nail beds. It’s happened before last Christmas time. Too rough with filling and too much filling. Very disappointing. Never had this problem with acrylics until I started coming here.

Very off putting and wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. Paying £40 to be in pain

Never leave a bad review but I’m just so disappointed and dissatisfied with my nails.

I went here for the first time today, I showed a picture the initial set I went in with the idea of and got told they were going to cost £55! These were 4 plain coloured nails and then 6 nails with a small simple flower design on.

I therefore changed my mind to the nails I got. I have glue, or acrylic not too sure what is is really all over my skin at the base of my nail, I asked for the cats-eye to thicker/all over the nail. They’re also all different lengths, and so sharp I’ve had to come home and file the corners they’re so sharp. The gentleman doing them didn’t once ask if I liked them, he was also a bit rough for me personally.

Such a shame as the other reviews I’ve seen are generally quite good.
