Do not recommend. It took over an hour and a half for a simple gel set on my natural nails. The price at the end was more than I had been told at the beginning and they chipped less than 2 weeks later! I will not be going back

How DISAPPOINTED. Booked appointment but had to reschedule. Arrived and had no booking. The chap said, you didn’t show on Tuesday. I said, I called to reschedule. I showed him the call log. He said I have no appointment. Not only do you drive in, pay parking and then receive such a poorly managed Salon. This was my 4th appointment. I gave good cash tips for such nice work. The chap didn’t say sorry.

I always come here to get my nails done, the team work really hard, and they always do a great job. I had a wonderfully relaxing gel pedicure and manicure yesterday, and Tom took so much care, I felt very pampered and I'm so happy with my nails! Thanks Tom ☺️

Quite disappointed to be honest on how I was treated here, I have been a few times before and every visit is the same. The staff are quite abrupt and completely rushed my nails, I found them to actually be quite rough with me, throwing my hands about and filing down my nails as fast as they possibly could. I understand that they might be busy however it actually made me feel quite uncomfortable again considering I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My nails are okay, but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

I attended this salon for the first time and the staff greeted me with a frown and abrupt attitude..the nail technician seemed in a sour mood and kept pushing my hands away in a non delicate way while he attended to my nals.. nails were okay but the experience was completely soured by the rude, unfriendly attitude

I always go here when I’m in Ciren. The attention to detail is so good and the team here consistently do a great job with very neat designs. I’ve been to a few other places in Ciren and this is definitely the best place to go for a manicure!

I live in Cheltenham but I come down to Cirencester just to have my nails done here the staff are always so friendly and constantly asking if I’m happy with them which shows they really care they’re so talented and can do pretty much every design that I come up with they can be abit more expensive due to the price rise but they last long and they’re 100% worth it
