I was new to this salon and my appointment was with Leah for high lights cut and blow dry.
I had had a bad hair cut somewhere else so was nervous but instantly talking to Leah I explained how I would like my hair she was very thorough going through colour style I wanted and instantly I felt at ease.
The salon was lovely and everyone was so friendly.
I am so happy with the colour cut and the overall experience was lovely and looking forward to my next appointment..

I recently had a disappointing experience with Bleu Salon. On the way to my appointment, I had an unexpected car bump, which delayed me by about 25 minutes. It was a stressful situation, but since my birthday is coming up, I still hoped to get my hair done if possible. My mum called ahead to let the salon know about the delay, and we were assured it would be fine and that they could still accommodate my appointment.

After my gran rushed over to drive me there, we arrived only to be told that they could no longer accommodate the full service as discussed—they could only do a cut and blow-dry, not the colour. This last-minute change, after we had been explicitly told otherwise, was incredibly disappointing. If Bleu had simply let us know not to come, I would have understood. Instead, they let us travel there under false assurances.

Respecting the time and commitment of clients is so important, and I wish Bleu had handled this with clearer communication and consideration.

Very friendly salon and lovely staff. We take our son here to have his hair cut and both stylists we’ve had do a brilliant job.
Parking is easy and free for anyone travelling by car.

Went in for half head highlights. I now have orange roots. Got a second opinion from a good hairdresser who told me no matter how much purple shampoo I use it will not tone it down and adding toner will not help either, I would need it starting from scratch. Not happy at all. Came here because they were recommended. I was also very nervous going in. Now I see I had every right to be.
