My booking was cancelled 90 mins prior to the start time with no information given. When I called the woman was unsure how their number was shared (via the booking form) and didn’t give much support on rebooking or adjusting for the inconvenience. For someone who booked ahead with plenty of time for adjustments to be made, I’m disappointed in the lack of consideration I received.

Update: went back this year and compared to last year I was not impressed with my service. I got Russian lashes and acrylics when I went to Hong Kong and after two days I had to get someone in Hong Kong to take my eyelashes off because they where cutting into my eyeslids, I wear eyelashes a lot I promise it was not the aftercare and I wasted all that money. The girl also glued my bottom eyelashes to my top lashes at the edges so they where constantly watering. I got almond nails with design and they where very thick and I end up taking them off as soon as I landed. Wouldn’t recommend anymore :( won’t be back x

Been going to the nail salon since last year and never had any issues. I come in with a design and they do their own thing and I love it. Love how they take their time with you and don’t rush their work
I get alot of nice comments on my nails

I use this salon on a regular basis and I enjoy the time I spend in the salon getting what ever treatment I get done,the salon is so clean and tidy and the staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome if I could give more stars then I would highly recommend .

Had 2 x appointments booked for my friend and 1 to get acrylic nails for our holiday. The shop phoned me at 4pm to confirm I was coming and stated I had to be on time as they were fully booked. We got there at 5 to 5. All staff members were busy doing other sets of nails, we weren’t seated until 5.25. Halfway through doing my nails the man doing them said he ‘had to go’ and one of the other girls would finish my nails, however they were both busy. After 10-15 mins of nothing the girl doing my friends nails had to come and do mine and go between the 2 of us. The woman there were obviously frustrated at having to stay late as the shop is meant to shut at 6 and both my friend and I were very uncomfortable, feeling as though we had inconvenienced them even though we had appointments booked and the man had pre-approved the nail art we wanted. We ended up not being finished until 7pm (the appointment was meant to last an hour) which made me late for going out for dinner my birthday. My nails are okay but the polish seems rushed and the colours of my friends are nothing like the picture shown (bright colours as opposed to pastel). All in all a really disappointing experience
